Luis Emilio Rios was born in Havana, Cuba in 1963 and began singing and playing guitar as a child. When he was 16 years old. In 1989 Rios founded ‘Septeto Raison’ with his brother Efrain, where he was the guitarist and lead vocalist. He is best known for writing "Que Manera de Quererte" a classic Salsa song, featured in the soundtrack of the film "The Specialist" starring Sylvester Stallone and Sharon Stone.
